About MDC
Change. Upgrade. Customize. MDC’s future-proof flexibility is an installer’s dream and makes obsolescence a thing of the past. When 4K UHD video and HDMI 2.0b hit the scene we were ready. We’ll be ready for the next AV technology change, too. Available on select NAD home theatre receivers, this simple upgrade solution features input circuitry on easily removable modules, so you can update and customize features and capabilities as they become available. NAD home theatre is ready now and on.

About BluOS
BluOS is a proprietary operating system shared by high-end audio brands Bluesound and NAD Electronics. Unlike other solutions that rely on 3rd party software like UPnP, BluOS is a dedicated ‘music only’ operating system that allows for interoperability among enabled devices and provides connectivity to numerous cloud and network music sources. BluOS fully supports High Resolution Audio, as well as all popular lossless and lossy codecs. It also features seamless integration with common smart home controllers like Control4, Crestron, and RTI, among others. BluOS-enabled devices can be controlled with a free app available for smartphones, tablets or desktops.
