As part of the BluOS ecosystem, NAD Custom Install products can be mixed with a variety of BluOS enabled devices, including NAD hi-fi systems, AVRs and multi-room players from NAD’s sister brand, Bluesound. Through the BluOS Controller app, you can combine over 40 players in any one system with each zone having the capability to be grouped together in perfect sync, or play individual streams in different zones simultaneously. Users can also locate players in the rack or in the room with wired or wireless connections. The possibilities are endless.
Using advanced technologies, BluOS can transmit lossless music up to 24/192 with no lag or loss of sound quality. By Combining BluOS with NAD’s legendary amplification, the result is the highest quality multi-room audio system available. BluOS delivers choice and flexibility in how users access their music. Use the BluOS Controller app or integrate fully with control systems such as Crestron, Control4, URC, Elan, RTI and more. BluOS also has an open API, giving integrators even more options for third party control.
All NAD Custom Install components are easily networked right out of the box, and features such as IR learning make it easy to control in smaller systems. Clients can stream directly via AirPlay2, Spotify Connect or Tidal Connect while using the BluOS Controller app for IOS, Android and Windows, which conveniently integrates all their music and playback devices into a single, easy-to-browse user interface.
