The NAD CI S2 and SA2-120 are now Dirac Live Ready, bringing advanced room correction to NAD’s custom installation and distributed audio systems.
TORONTO, CANADA, AUGUST 25, 2026 – NAD Electronics, a leading manufacturer of high-performance AV products and custom audio solutions, today announces that the NAD CI S2 BluOS Streaming Module and CI SA2-120 BluOS Streaming Amplifier Module are now Dirac Live Ready, giving NAD integrators the ability to calibrate and optimize integrated audio systems using the industry’s most advanced room correction technologies.
With the purchase of a Dirac Live Room Correction software license, users and integrators can use NAD’s Dirac Room Calibration Kit (sold separately) and the Dirac Live app for Windows and macOS to fine tune NAD systems with precise acoustic optimization that improves clarity, imaging, tonal balance, and overall listening performance within virtually any room or environment. A Dirac Live app is also available for iOS and Android.
Dirac Live Room Correction is widely recognized for its ability to correct acoustic issues that can negatively impact sound quality. By analyzing both frequency and impulse responses within a listening space, the platform intelligently compensates for room anomalies, delivering a more natural, balanced, and accurate listening experience.

There are two software license options for Dirac Live Room Correction. The Limited Bandwidth license corrects frequences from 20Hz to 500Hz, improving bass and midrange performance where room acoustics often have the greatest impact. The Full Bandwidth license extends correction across the full frequency range from 20Hz to 20kHz, delivering more comprehensive optimization for greater clarity, accuracy, and tonal balance. Both licenses are available for purchase from dirac.com by selecting the NAD CI SA2-120 or CI S2 from the supported device list.
On the SA2-120, Dirac Live Room Correction can be configured for Zone 1 audio output, providing users with enhanced control and optimization for their primary listening area. To simplify setup and calibration, NAD also offers a Dirac Room Calibration Kit, available through authorized NAD distributors and online at nadelectronics.com. The high-sensitivity mic included in the room calibration kit enables users to perform the measurements required for Dirac Live calibration and achieve optimal results.
