Problems with both (M55 and M5), now lasting for 1 year, transport issue, not opening try, guess belt issue in the installed Sony transport. Have tried to solve all with NAD support, they have redirect me to local service and of course they just want to make money, so at the end very expensive NAD trip (both cost me app 3800 EUR) ....!!!! Hope soon will solve that issue on reasonable way... What is sound quality when you are unable to hear it???
