The T163 and T973 are an amazing combination. Every time I listen to an old CD it's like listening to it for the first time. I am also listening to this terrific combo through a pair of Gallo Acoustics Reference 3.1 speakers. I feel that this trio is the best of both worlds. Musically the T163 is wonderful in stereo bypass mode with the Gallo's. When I want to watch a movie this system just won't quit. The 973 has much more power than I will ever need. From my first 7100 series receiver that I bought in 1985 I was totally sold on the NAD product. NAD-The best kept secret for high quality moderately priced high fidelity. Who needs ARCAM anyway. I auditioned an AVR 300 against the 163/973 combo and the NAD sounded way better hands down. Keep up the great work!!
