There is no power on/off on the unit? The soft switch brings the unit to sleep mode at best. Turns off by itself within 15 minutes without use. The C165/275 does not exhibit such behaviour. I have tried living with the unusual function, hooked up my entire system via 12V trigger. It turns on and not off(doesn't bring it to sleep mode)?! Dealer had to swop a new player thinking its a flaw, I went home with the same issue. Infact the showroom unit too had this problem rendering the 12V trigger function to be less than useful. Should have and could have been a nice CD player that i no longer own.
