purchased april 2009 within 2weeks left hand side went down sent back after 4 weeks sent me a new one now will switch on to green light but no sound sent back its been 4weeks now i think its time for trading standards would never buy from nad again or audio affair at the same time i purchased a nad 345 cd its been back 3 times so far shame on you nad

We are aware of the the hardware issue described by some C 545BEE owners and we understand their frustration. The problem of the front panel keys not working properly was due to some faulty switches, which affected a specific range of production on the C 545BEE. Since this problem has been reported by our consumers, we have worked to resolve the issue by replacing the faulty switches with an entirely new type of switch.
