I've bought this model in titanium finish to replace my Philips DVD 963SA DVD/SACD-player which caused me a lot of trouble, e.g. it didn't play Copy Controlled CDs properly and refused to play some of my ordinary CDs as well and the transport was quite noisy. The NAD sounds very good and plays everything flawlessly. The only little criticism I must say that the display (I think it's the display) or some transformer makes a not too loud but audible high-frequency noise. Not really disturbing but without this the C 521BEE would be perfect.
