User Review: C 545BEE CD Player - Awesome quality but lots of Manufacturing Defect

I have bought the CD player on JAN 09 and it worked for 2 days. The quality of sound is awesome. But, right now it is sitting in the showroom to move to service center :( . I checked google and found NAD this model of CD player have lot of defects on the laser. My player start giving Disc Error after 2 days for most of the disk and on the 4-5th day it says No Disc for all discs. The after-sales services seems to be very slow. It is been 5 days and the CD player is still in the showroom and the service center is schedule to collect on the 6th day. It is weird and may be shame for a company like NAD to sell products without testing and providing slow after-sales service. Otherwise, I am bearing the delay in terms of the quality of the sound it provides.

The problem of the front panel keys not working properly was due to some faulty switches, which affected a specific range of production on the C 545BEE. Since this problem has been reported by our consumers, we have worked to resolve the issue by replacing the faulty switches with an entirely new type of switch.
