I have been auditioning the C545 CD player & C326 amp for last 5 weeks. I was amazed by how well this equipment matches up to give me excellent sound clarity, image, dynamics & details at the price. The loudspeakers I tried out were PSB Imagine Tower and Dali Ikon 7. Although PSB provided more smoothness and sweet sound, I decided on Dali for more detail and clarity. Turning the amp volume "from 7 to 9 o'clock" will be my normal listening area. But if I am listening to drum and bass 12 o'clock is the limit. In short this amp has "ample power". C515 CD/C355 amp were on loan & used, but the new matched pair is better. Currently, I am using the new NAD T747 A/V receiver with Focus Audio FC9 speakers (very smooth sound) in the living room; and C326, C545 & Dali in the dinning room. I am enjoying good music mainly provided by NAD. Now, I have shifted the good old Polk Audio (7 drivers) loudspeaker set to my bedroom for another listening space. Thanks to NAD.
