User Review: T 515 DVD/CD Player - Superb Value

I just picked up my new NAD T-515 DVD player today and am most impressed with its performance, given a price of approx. $425.00. This unit replaces an older T-533. My system is about 5 years-old - All NAD with Paradigm surround sound speakers and a Sony Wega TV. The 515's video characteristics are impressive - A very sharp/tight picture with deep blacks. Audio is superb - I'm hearing greater high and mid notes. My subwoofer is reaching deeper lows and rattling pictures on my walls. The T-515 provides a very dramatic audio/visual experience. I don't have a lot of money to spend on high-end, audiophile-grade equipment, but feel like NAD has again delivered with this DVD player. Highly recommended, given performance vs. cost. Thank you.
