Products: C 165BEE Stereo Preamplifier, C 275BEE Stereo Power Amplifier

Have the NAD preamp power amp combo and have compared it in my listening room with a Musical Fidelity X-Ray integrated and a Creek Destiny 2 integrated amplifier with all 3 combo's running Dynaudio, Harbeth, KEF and Epos speakers with and without REL and JL audio subwoofers. The higher power and Current of the NAD combo makes the comparison not really fair. Great hifi has many components but the quiet (dead quiet) between the notes is very important to me and this is best done with amplifiers that have, what I call, for lack of a better explanation, depth, detail and Slam. For this, high power and high current is a must. This NAD combo has this in spades.............
