When looking for an new amp to drive my custom 3 way / 4 Driver / 2 section (passive 2 way above and active bottom) open baffle speakers I was looking for something that would cater for my needs, the specific criteria was the ability to drive 4 channels with both 4 and 8 ohm loads at the same time - with out having to adjust any settings, and also a minimalistic design that would fit in with a custom DIY preamp and digtial active crossovers. This unit was the answer - pretty much two stereo amplifiers in the same unit, absolutely perfect. The C245BEE also has the bridge function - which can be set individually for each set of 2x channels- allowing great upgrade path and change for the future when you want to drive either 2/3/4 channels configurations. The C245BEE power ratings are underrated, this amp has heaps of power and head room easily driving inefficient speakers. The Amp has very good ventilation and high quality parts, over all very satisfied and a proud NAD owner, I give it a 10 out of 10
