When I first heard checked out this unit, I loved it. It gave a great sound for a lower price than other receivers. My father-in-law was kind enough to purchase it for me (along with a pair of Baby Advent speakers) as a birthday gift. Even though I put the unit away for a while after purchasing a surround sound system for my TV, I've recently put it back into service to power the sound for my computer. Along with my newly refurbished speakers, it still sounds fantastic and I'm wondering why I ever put it away. It won't happen again. If you can find one of these in good condition on the used market, get it. You won't regret it.
