I bought the NAD C316BEE amplifier after listening to many integrated amplifiers under $1,000. It was no contest. For under $400, the NAD amp had more volumne, clarity, and clean bass than any other amp near its price. If you're looking for rock concert volume levels and to hook up 2 pairs of speakers and a subwoofer, this is not the amp. But for people on a budget who still want a terrrific stereo system for just music, the NAD C316BEE is the best choice available for the heart the system. The money you save buying this amp over the more expensive amps can be used to buy better speakers, giving you a much better sounding stereo for the money spent. Another plus is that the amp is small in size and unnassuming in appearance - it fits most anywhere and blends in.
