My wife bought to me the VSIO 1, she gave it to me, I unfold the dock, I connected the dock and I begun to play music from the eagles, suddently after 10 minutes I heard a crash followed by a continuos noise in the background.......the viso is now in the support center.......i hope NAD replace the unit with a new one....I hope
