User Review: C 525BEE CD Player - Sound drop outs every so often
February 17, 2012
Products: C 525BEE CD Player
I bought the NAD 525BEE a few years ago and since I've had it it's been nothing but a pain. The sound keeps dropping out completely for a about a second every so often, Dirt on the CD is not the cause of the problem. It's been in twice for repair, both repairs combined coming to a total of over 200 euro's. The entire loading tray has been replaced 2 times now and the same sound drop out fault keeps returning after a month or so. I get the feeling that NAD repairers simply have not taken the time to track down the real fault, All they have done is replace the entire loading tray and not tested the repair. Needless to say, my next CD player will not be a NAD.
