My search for finding the best value and performance in both digital and analog domain is finally over! This combined DAC / amplifier has unique features and sound qualities which have revived my CD and FLAC collection enomously. The C390DD is incredibly detailled and dynamic, but is also a very musical performer! This amplifier is capable to reveal so many new musical aspects of old and new recordings, that it is if you are looking through a microscope. Very stable, very much 3D. Especially bass-slamm with large loudspeaker systems is incredible. Such performance is usually achieved by much larger and much more expensive amplifiers, costing 5 to 10 times more than the C 390DD. My compliments to the NAD engineers! Looking forward to digital updates and USB 2.0 compatibility in the future. Warm regards and thanks! - PeterV -
