I've proudly owned this integrated amp for two weeks. It is simply breathtaking. Sound is effortless and airy. Highs are natural, mids are outstanding, while bass is so very accurate. I've listened to many many other brands who claim to be high end, but this amp is a keeper. My source is a Sony CDP-XA7ES cd player. I use Acoustic Research Master Series RCA cables and same quality for the speaker cable. The tone control is outstanding. My last integrated amp was also a Sony ES line product, but there is simply no point in comparison. I must agree with what is said, this amp would be so much enjoyable with a set of headphone out which it does NOT have. I would have gladly payed more for this feature. That said, the feel of quality is everywhere on this heavy amp. And the best part, is that it sounds even better than it looks. I've auditioned the Classe 2100, McIntosh 6900, and Mark Levinson 383. I wouldn't change my M3 for any of the above. The jumpers included are crap, easy fix!!
