This amp looks cool, finished in silver and performs very well. I have it hooked up to some inexpensive tannoy speakers and the sound not only produces crisp trebles, the bass response is excellent too. In fact, despite being inexpensive it still has a decent amount of power, it'll even play loud without distortion. The unit has never let us down in the 2 1/2 years we've had it. There's even bass and treble controls. Another benefit is that the unit is quite slim, so we have it in the TV cabinet. NAD is recommended by most hi-fi stores and people who know anything about separates and it's easy to see why. This is a no nonsense, low cost, high performance amp, that will not disappoint.
