T 787 is Named Home Theater Top Pick of the Year
January 15, 2013

The editors of Home Theater magazine have spoken, filtering out the good from outstanding to select products that deserve to be nominated for their innovative technologies, overall great performance, or amazing value, and our T 787 AV Surround Sound Receiver has been named to this coveted class. Bowling over editor Michael Fremer in its five-star August 2012 review, the T 787 took the crown as "the best-sounding" AV receiver Home Theater magazine ever heard thanks to NAD's tremendous power, superior sonic qualities and surround sound processing circuitry.
On that note, let's hear what made Home Theater magazine select our elite audio/video receiver as their top pick for 2012:
"Case in point was the NAD T 787, a $4,000 receiver that really thrilled our high-end reviewer Michael Fremer with its obviously superior sonics and superb build quality (which includes a future-proof modular design for the input/out jacks and surround processing circuitry). In a world where even the best mainstream AVRs seem to be getting lighter and cheaper, this 55-pound behemeoth is the real deal and what we've come to expect - but rarely get anymore - in great audio components."
